If for some reasons we may not have fulfilled our promise, and you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund or store credit.

]]>How long does shipping take?
Most items in our store will ship within 3 days. Some items may take a little longer based on demand. We will always do our best to get your order out as quick as possible.
Almost all orders will show up at your door between 5-10 days of ordering. Production and delivery days can happen.
Where are the other products I ordered?
Due to the demand of a few of the products, every so often we will ship an item separate. If we have some of your items ready and in stock, we will ship it out right away, and mail the rest of your items later, once they are available.
Is my payment information safe?
100% Safe and secure. SPARKPH runs on Shopify, the safest ecommerce platform in the world. All payments are either handled by Paypal, or by Shopify's credit card processor which is also encrypted and secure. Either way, we don't store any of your credit card info. Ever.
How do I edit or change my order?
Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you selected are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is correct, and the payment method you are using is good to go!
How do I cancel my order?
We can not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame, please email us at info@sparkph.store or use the contact us page.

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 7 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@sparkph.store for a replacement item or a gift card to be issued. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 7 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at info@sparkph.store so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us at info@sparkph.store so we can provide you with the proper instructions and the address. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive returned packages they are inspected and will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a full refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. Confirmation will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
